ReplyDeleteWhat's unique about the setting of Flush is that Noah and Abbey live in a small community so they are able to ride bikes all around the area to help solve the mystery, which enhances the story. Although it makes it less suspensful because you know that the kids are able to get everywhere and not have to go to great lengths to do so, which kind of takes away from the story. What also enhances the story is that Noah and Abbey work together as a team to solve the mystery but you can still sense some brother and sister rivolry.

The unique setting is that they live in florida and in a small communty in Florida, so they can get around to a lot of places. It has enhanced the story because they have to solve the mystery and around the town about the florida keys getting polluted by the casino boat.

ReplyDeleteFlush's setting is unique because it takes place inside a jail, a house, a dock and an another house. It is a small town and so Noah and Abbey can go almost any where in the town with out there mom having to worry about them. The setting takes away from the story because even though it is such as small town there are a lot of places that they go to, so that there are a lot of places that are writen about in the book that you have to remember.
